After purchasing a VAIA product that matches the person you want to gift, it's time to choose a category (Christmas, Mother's Day, or Birthday). When you select one of these categories, our team will wrap your gift as well as your request
PS: You can't choose the shade of the package, but you can request to write a love letter to your loved ones in the notes field.
The shipping delivery fee for domestic is free. Valid for purchase of normal priced items and with a minimum 500.000 IDR.
VAIA offers online exchanges for all orders our website and applicable for normal priced items only. Exchanges are only acceptable for the requests of change of sizes, order fault and manufacturing defect.
