Terms & Condition

1. VAIA offers online exchanges for all orders on and applicable for normal price items only.

2. Exchanges Shoes Product are acceptable for the requests of change of sizes, order fault and manufacturing defect. For Atalier Product only acceptable for manufacturing defect.

3. VAIA shall not be responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result
of use by you or wears and tear. Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.

4. Returns only apply within 7 days of receipt.

5. Shoes that will be exchanged must be in the original condition as before along with the packaging box.

6. Shoes that have been used (seen from the condition of the soles) can't be returned.

7. We will process the returned product after we received the product. If the returned product is available, it will take at least 1-2 days after we received the product.

9. Original shipping costs are not refundable except in the case of order fault and manufacturing defect.

10. We do not offer cash refunds, instead, we offer refunds in the form of store credit which can be used to purchase our product of the same a higher price.

11. for international orders, any tax and customs charges incurred will be handled by you.

12. VAIA reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise although the condition meets the above requirements.

How Do I Make an Exchange?

- Exchanged are only acceptable for the requests of change of sizes, caused order fault and
manufacturing defect.

- The exchanged item can be made if different sizes, and colors depending on the stock availability. Consumers can be asking the stock availability through email at or WhatsApp at +62877-75154300. With subject title: Exchange Request - Your Order Number, to proceed your return or exchange

-To be eligible for exchange, do inform customer service via email or Whatsapp. The exchange policy is within 7 days of receiving your order
- Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, and normal priced items

-A final inspection will be done to ensure the item(s) is in its original condition before processing your exchange
