Domestic Deliveries
What are the available delivery options and rates?

We use SiCepat Shipping Company (https://www.sicepat.com) for shipping to all cities in Indonesia. Below you can find the estimated delivery time and type of service from SiCepat.

Delivery is made using the Sicepat service:

1. SICEPAT SIUNTUNG

With a delivery period of 2 – 5 working days

2. SICEPAT BEST

With One Day Service delivery period

Orders made and confirmed before 16:00 (WIB) on a working day will be processed on the same day, while orders made and confirmed after 16:00 (WIB) will be processed on the following working day. The working day refers to Monday to Friday, while Saturday is a half day which excludes Sunday, and Public Holidays. You will receive your order on the next working day after it has been processed. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday and not include Public Holidays.

- Please note that delivery may take longer during sale events or during peak season.

- Due to the current COVID situation, there might be a delay in receiving your items

How much is the delivery cost?

The delivery fee is free. Valid for purchase of normal priced items and with a minimum 500.00 IDR.

Where can I get the receipt number and track it?

The delivery receipt number will be sent via the email registered to your VAIA account, the receipt is a link that you can click on to the shipping tracking page.

My package has not arrived later than usual time. What can I do?

Contact us immediately for assistance in checking the existence of your package by sending via WhatsApp at 0877-75154300. Our customer service will be happy to help with your problems! (Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00 WIB), (Saturday 09.00 - 14.00 WIB)

Can delivery use Gosend or Grabsend?

Unfortunately, you can't, but don't worry if you need it fast, you can choose the BEST siCat service

International Deliveries
General info

At VAIA, we aim to keep international shipping as affordable and fuss-free as possible. We make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can as we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Shipments outside Singapore may be subjected to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your order requires any import charges, payment has to be made on your end for your package to be cleared from customs. You are advised to check with the local customs office on relevant changes before you place an order. Our system will generate an order confirmation and tracking number once the order is confirmed and shipped out. *Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays.

For orders placed on the weekends and public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day* *Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays.
